Where We Deliver
Wherever you are in the country, your order can reach you. Two regions make up our network:
Peninsular Malaysia is covered in full, every state of it.
East Malaysia is served too, both Sabah and Sarawak.
Getting Your Order Ready
Preparation begins the moment your order lands with us. A little care at this stage is what keeps the right item in the right box.
Packing your order keeps us busy for 1–3 business days, and neither weekends nor public holidays are counted in that stretch.
On dispatch day, a confirmation email reaches you carrying the tracking information for your parcel.
Carriers and Delivery Windows
One thing to be clear about up front: overnight and next-day delivery are not services we offer at this time. What we can promise is the table below.
Treat those windows as honest estimates rather than promises; courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can each stretch them.
What Delivery Costs You
Nothing, in the ordinary run of things. Free shipping is something we would rather build into our pricing than tack onto your total at the end.
Standard delivery fees are waived on your order, as part of the value we want you to feel in every purchase.
Bulk and specialised promotional orders are the one exception, and a fee for those may be worked out at checkout from the total weight and the destination.
Following Your Parcel
Once the courier has your package, you never have to wonder where it has got to.
An email or SMS reaches you the moment the handover happens.
It carries a tracking number and a direct link, so you can watch the progress of your package in real time.
